The reason for this is that the Council needs to be satisfied that the applicant is both competent to practise in the scope of practice they have applied for, and is able to communicate in and comprehend, English.<\/p>\n<p>Criteria for applying to take the\u00a0ADEX\/CDCA examination<\/p>\n<ul class=\"font_8\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Complete and submit to the Dental Council of Jamaica, the Dentist ADEX\/CDCA Application Form to register for the examination for the first time, on or before the deadline of the next sitting (September 25, 2025), to be considered for the next examination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Next exam sitting will be November 17 - 21, 2025. (Monday - Friday).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dentalcouncilofjamaica.org\/dcj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ADEX-Registration-Manual-in-Jamaica-Nov-17-21-2025.pdf\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ADEX Registration Manual in Jamaica - Nov 17-21, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_25\">\"Steps to take a section of the exam for the first time (having attempted a section previously) or to retake a section for the first time. \"<\/span><span class=\"color_25\">Complete and submit by email or in person to the Dental Council of Jamaica (DCJ), the Supplemental application form on or before the deadline.\u00a0Once your application is received and verified, your names will be submitted to ADEX\/CDCA-WREB for verification of your profile. CDCA-WREB will then send you a verification email with instructions.
